When I see incompetent managers, especially if they are treating their employees with disdain, contempt or disrespect. I think that a good manager can work with different talents or lack there of to make a successful TEAM that covers and successfully completes all the tasks that need to be done for each job.
we have a scroll saw. no projects going on right now that need this so I would guess this is the most useless thing in our house right now.
